Stainless Steel Glue

Introduction

This one-component stainless steel glue, manufactured by Weiconlock, offers rapid and high strength connections without activator.

Cure times up to 30% faster than standard types

Resistant to temperatures up to +180OC and down to -60OC

Use for locking, retaining and sealing

Viscosity at +25OC: 700 – 1000 nt

Gap filling capacity (max): 0.15mm

Breakaway strength (threads): 15-20 N/m

Prevailing strength (threads): 30–35 N/m

Shear strength (DIN 54452): 15–20 N/mm2

Time to attain handling strength at room temperature: 5 to 10 minutes

Time to attain full strength at room temperature: 6 to 12 hours

Temperature resistance -60OC to +180OC
